Shipping and Return Policy


Thank you for your order! Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation with the item(s) you purchased and an order number.

Please allow up to 4 days to ship orders, it's not usual, but that could happen especially if it's a weekend with a holiday next to it OR if it is back-ordered. In the event it is back-ordered you will get an email notification. 

Another email will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Please be aware, we are a specialized company that only offers a number of items per style. In the event that your order was finalized and we don’t have the product, we will notify you ASAP and give you the opportunity to cancel the order or to place another one. We will make every possible effort to fulfill the order and get you the product. We certainly understand the feeling of wanting a product.


Mistakes happen! We get it. In the event you would like to cancel your order after you have finalized your purchase, you may do so within 30 minutes of placing the order and getting the first confirmation email. In this time, your credit card will not be charged.

However, if it has passed the 30 min mark, your credit card will be charged and your item cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not offer price matching, our clothing are one of a kind and although, clothing looks alike they are not identical to the one you may have seen from another seller. We strive to offer the best fabric and material in that style of clothing. If we won’t wear it, we certainly would NEVER sell it.



We understand that buying items online won’t always work out in your favor. For this reason, we understand and accept returns on the conditions listed below. We are pretty compassionate people, so let’s make the return transaction as easy as possible for each other.

Returns postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date will be accepted.

  1. Must email with "Return" in subject line, so we know your return is on it’s way!

  2. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

  3. Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, unstained and no fragrant. Original label must be intact including Conform the People tags. Items returned that do not meet those conditions will be subject to refusal. Inner wear apparel cannot be returned or refunded. These includes swimsuits, panties and bodysuits NO EXCEPTIONS. These are considered final sales.

  4. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged and signs of being worn, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.

  5. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

  6. No exchanges can be made. Returns only.

  7. Return shipping cost are to be paid by the buyer.
